Our “purity law” for metals
Using shiny metallic scrap is the precondition for a good melt quality.
In addition the melt is rinsed and filtered with argon before casting.
We also have premium testing equipment including a ultrasound tester at our disposal.
A homogenizing plant with 2 furnaces and a recooling chamber provides the desired
homogenizing effect.
The existing technology of our tower furnace is especially suited to achieve high
firmnesses.
Our high quality level is confirmed by the certification according to DIN EN ISO
9001.2000 that we achieved in 2006.
In 2007 we also obtained environmental certification according to ISO 14001:2004.
